Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
JM Contracting Group LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
We are continually working to improve the accessibility of jmcontractinggroupllc.com and provide access to information about our construction, remodeling, and related services.
Our Accessibility Goal
Our goal is to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
These guidelines explain how websites can be made more accessible to people with visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility Measures
We have taken or are working to take reasonable measures that include:
Using clear and consistent page headings;
Maintaining readable text and color contrast;
Providing alternative text for meaningful images;
Using descriptive links and buttons;
Labeling website form fields;
Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably possible;
Avoiding unnecessary flashing or distracting content;
Maintaining consistent navigation throughout the website;
Making the website responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;
Using plain language where practical; and
Reviewing new content for accessibility before publication.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review the website and make reasonable improvements as technology, standards, content, and user needs change.
Although we aim to make the website accessible, some content may not yet fully meet every accessibility standard. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and correct barriers.
Third-Party Content
The website may include links to or content provided by third parties, including maps, videos, social networks, review platforms, scheduling tools, and other external services.
JM Contracting Group LLC does not control the accessibility of independently operated third-party platforms. If you encounter difficulty with third-party content, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information through another method.
Alternative Access and Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the website, need information in another format, or require assistance requesting an estimate, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative, such as telephone assistance or another available format.
When contacting us, please provide:
The page or feature causing difficulty;
A brief description of the accessibility issue;
The type of assistance or alternative format requested; and
Your preferred method of contact.

Updates to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement as our website, services, and accessibility practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
After publishing:
Add Accessibility to the footer.
Confirm every meaningful image has alt text.
Test navigation using only the Tab and Enter keys.
Check that text remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
Test the contact form on mobile.
Avoid installing an accessibility “overlay” widget; it does not replace an accessible website and can create additional usability problems.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is an appropriate target, but the page intentionally says “working toward conformance” rather than claiming full compliance without a formal audit. The standard is maintained by the W3C.
